- Account Coordination : Support Key Account Managers in account implementation, working with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations, shipment transparency, and EDI transfers.
- KPI Monitoring : Register, monitor, and analyze standard and customer-specific KPIs, preparing Business Review Reports and communicating improvement measures.
- Process Improvement : Investigate and propose operational initiatives to enhance efficiency and cost-saving while resolving bottlenecks and exceptions with stakeholders.
- Data Management : Ensure the accuracy of Master Data, transport orders, and document management in TMS systems, aligning with customer business rules.
- Shipment and Capacity Planning : Collaborate with Operations Teams to plan shipments, secure bookings, and monitor warehouse capacity to avoid storage charges.
- Operational Efficiency : Act as a single point of contact for the account, ensuring end-to-end service delivery and adherence to SOPs while supporting integration and data analysis for visibility improvements.
- Innovation and Process Improvements : Propose impactful process and cost-saving innovations, supporting the integration of new business and system solutions.
- Collaboration and Commercial Support : Collaborate with stakeholders to drive service improvements, support business reviews, and assist in meeting commercial targets by monitoring performance and customer relationships.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or account management.
- Proven track record in managing key accounts, preferably within the logistics or transportation industry.
- Strong understanding of logistics processes, including warehousing, transportation, and distribution.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in logistics CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
