Responsibilities
Define, implement and continuously improve GMV’s global Occupational Health & Safety strategy aligned with corporate policy.
Ensure compliance with applicable health, safety and environmental regulations in all operational countries, coordinating the OHS team and external providers.
Lead and coordinate internal and external audits, maintaining and improving management systems in accordance with ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and other relevant standards.
Oversee the investigation of incidents and accidents, ensuring proper corporate reporting and implementation of corrective measures.
Act as the main point of contact with labor and environmental authorities when required.
Promote a strong prevention culture and continuous improvement across all international sites.
Qualifications
Master’s degree related to Occupational Risk Prevention (Environmental, Health, and Safety) covering at least three specializations.
Proven experience in the areas of responsibility described above.
Fluency in English;
knowledge of additionalEU languages considered an asset.
Leadership skills, influencing across functions and mobilizing teams in international environments.
Strong proactivity, results orientation and continuous improvement focus.
Flexibility and adaptability in multicultural and dynamic contexts.
Strong negotiation and communication skills at both technical and executive levels.
