Position Overview: We are seeking a Digital Performance Marketing Manager to lead paid media, growth, and acquisition efforts across multiple digital channels. This role focuses on optimizing marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. The ideal candidate is data-driven, results-oriented, and passionate about leveraging digital marketing to scale an innovative technology platform within the luxury watch industry.
Key Responsibilities
* Performance Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across paid search, social media, and display to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
* SEO & SEM Management: Optimize search engine marketing and organic search performance to enhance visibility and drive traffic.
* Paid Social & Retargeting: Manage and optimize paid social campaigns and remarketing to improve engagement and conversions.
* Analytics & Reporting: Track, measure, and analyze key metrics using Google Analytics, CRM, and marketing automation tools to enable continuous optimization.
* Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Develop A/B testing strategies for landing pages, ads, and website elements to maximize conversions.
* Budget Management: Oversee digital marketing budgets to maximize ROI.
* Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Work with content, product, and sales teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
* Market & Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies to refine strategies.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing & Communications, or related field.
* 2+ years of experience in digital/performance/growth marketing, preferably in e-commerce, SaaS, or technology-driven platforms.
* Strong expertise in paid media, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and programmatic advertising.
* Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
* Experience with SEO, SEM, and CRO.
* Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
* Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
* Experience in a startup or venture capital space is a plus.
* Excellent spoken and written English is a MUST.
* Passion for luxury watches and the broader collector ecosystem is a plus.
