**More about the role**:
This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a Human Resources Business Partner in Madrid with Signify.
- HR Leadership: Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with company objectives. Advise management on workforce planning and operational improvements.
- Talent Acquisition & Retention: Build internal hiring capabilities, enhance employee retention and develop robust succession plans.
- Operational HR Excellence: Oversee the overall employee lifecycle management. Labor Relations & Compliance: Maintain compliance with local labor laws and manage works council relations. Proactively address employee relations and labor disputes.
- Provide HR support to all stakeholders in the delivery of the Company strategy (Business HRBPs, Business Leaders, etc...)
