Experteer Overview
As AI Business Analyst in the AIR Tech team, you translate stakeholder needs into technical tasks for data scientists and AI engineers. You manage AI project scopes, ensuring relevance and feasibility for users, and monitor the portfolio to report risks and benefits to Risk leadership. You act as the key contact for RISK AI Ambassadors, fostering cross-pillar collaboration. You contribute to governance topics like bias mitigation, explainability, and model risk management, enabling trustworthy AI in risk management.

• Scope AI project requirements and ensure alignment with constraints and user relevance
• Coordinate between Data Scientists, AI/ML Engineers and sponsors to translate business needs into technical tasks
• Monitor AI project portfolio, track use cases, assess risks and report benefits to Risk leadership
• Serve as key account manager for RISK AI Ambassadors, maintaining relationships across risk pillars
• Contribute to AI governance topics such as bias mitigation, explainability and model risk management
Responsabilidades
• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics or related discipline; Master's preferred
• Minimum 3 years experience in risk management, project management or coordination roles
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications for AI/ML teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; client-focused, rigorous and autonomous work style
• Advanced English; French is a plus
• Familiarity with Python and Power BI (or similar data-visualisation tools)
