That’s where you come in.
We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Lead who lives for CAC, LTV, ROAS, CTR, and other sexy acronyms. Someone who’s part hacker, part strategist, part spreadsheet samurai. You’ll be in the driver’s seat of every paid acquisition channel building campaigns, cracking funnels, testing creative, and optimizing spend to unlock the next stage of Modelia’s growth.

Your Key Responsibilities
* Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels (TikTok a plus)
* Track performance using tools like GA4 or channel-specific dashboards
* Identify high-performing audiences, creatives, and funnels
* Report on CAC, ROAS, LTV, and attribution models, constantly seeking better efficiency
* A/B test everything:
creatives, copy, targeting, and landing pages
* Coordinate with branding, content, and product teams to align messaging and offers
* Optionally manage relationships with media buying or ad tech agencies if needed
Your Required Qualifications
* 5+ years experience in paid performance marketing roles
* Expert in Google Ads, Meta Ads (Instagram/Facebook), LinkedIn Ads. Bonus:
TikTok Ads
* Highly analytical mindset. You live in dashboards and obsess over cost-per-result
* Hands-on and self-sufficient:
you don’t wait for help, you get things done
* Experience managing budgets and scaling campaigns
* Experience in B2B SaaS or eCommerce is a plus, but not required
* Fluent in English
