Today, Tent is a network of 400 major companies committed to hiring, training, and mentoring refugees.Role Overview :
As the Last Mile Product Team Lead, you will drive the effort to discover, deliver and take to market scalable and replicable solutions that help refugees and other work-authorized migrants get hired by Tent member companies across markets. This role combines hands-on product leadership and execution with strategic program management for both in-house and partner-developed products across markets, with an initial focus on Mexico, Germany and France.Key responsibilities :
In-House Product Team Leadership and Go-to-Market StrategyManage the Product team, play a hands-on role in product discovery, oversee product delivery, and manage cross-functional collaboration to achieve product-market fit, starting in Mexico.Define a compelling, evidence-based, user-centric, and effective product vision and strategy in line with Tent goals, in collaboration with the Director of Hiring Solutions.Directly manage a Product team consisting of a Product Manager, Product Marketing Manager, and a Low Code Development Manager.Drive the Product team to continuously discover and deliver a scalable and flexible product through agile, user-centered practices.Structure and execute user discovery, prioritize the product backlog, and ensure effective collaboration between teams.Ensure legal compliance in all markets, working with external lawyers.Identify, structure, and drive strategic initiatives to strengthen the product's foundation and mitigate risk.Partner with the country team, the Product Marketing Manager, and other team leads to develop and iterate an effective go-to-market strategy.Oversee a Product budget covering tech stack spend, contractor expenses, and marketing spend.Market-Specific Pilots :
Oversee pilots to deliver refugee hires through partner-developed products, establishing goals and frameworks for evaluation.Guide country teams in executing pilots, support product positioning and messaging, and develop post-pilot recommendations.In-House Product Expansion :
Manage geographic expansion of Tent's in-house product after achieving product-market fit in Mexico.Develop expansion strategies, resource planning, and implementation roadmaps.Drive the discovery and delivery of a multi-market scalable product, ensuring aligned, iterative delivery across all teams.Essential skills & experience :
At least 8 years of work experience, with 5+ in product management or technical leadership.Fluent in English, both written and verbal.Proven success in leading cross-functional product initiatives using Agile methodology.Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.Experience with multi-market strategies, legal compliance, data security, and remote teams.Desired skills, experience & qualities :
Additional languages (Spanish, French, German, Polish) are a plus.Experience scaling products internationally, in workforce solutions or digital marketplaces.Knowledge of data privacy, low-code platforms, and building high-performing teams.Strategic mindset with strong execution capabilities and adaptability in fast-paced environments.Tent is an equal opportunity employer.
