Overview
DERTOUR Hotels & Resorts is the hotel division of the DERTOUR Group, one of Europe\'s largest international tourist groups. Headquartered in Cologne, Germany, the company manages and operates a diverse portfolio of over 120 properties under the Aldiana, Sentido, Calimera, ananea and Playitas brands globally.
We are looking for an experienced and strategic HR leader to drive the regional HR agenda across our international resort locations in Madeira and Fuerteventura. In this role, you will act as a trusted business partner to senior leadership, leading strategic HR initiatives including organizational development, talent management, employer branding, HR transformation, and cross-location projects.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement regional HR strategies aligned with global HR strategy
* Lead HR transformation and digitalization projects
* Drive talent development, succession planning, and leadership programs
* Implement regional employer branding strategies and recruitment initiatives
* Support organizational growth and change management initiatives
* Oversee HR governance, KPIs, and employee engagement
* Work closely with International HR and implement global HR projects in own scope
* Manage HR budgets, forecast, payroll and resource allocation
* Lead and develop local HR teams across both properties
Qualifications
* Degree in HR, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field
* Minimum 8 years of HR leadership experience, ideally in hospitality
* Strong background in HR strategy, transformation, and project management
* Experience in multi-site or international environments
* Fluent in Spanish and very good English skills; Portuguese is a plus
* Strategic mindset with strong execution capability
* Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
