Product Solutions Specialist – Energy, Safety & Digitalization, you will lead the development, positioning and promotion of energy, safety and digitalization solutions within Linde's commercial offering.
Your role will be key in strengthening our value proposition, training our sales network and supporting our customers in their transition toward safer, more efficient and sustainable operations.
Define and develop the local strategy for energy, safety and digital connectivity solutions.
Position these solutions as a differentiating factor of the brand.
Develop sales arguments and commercial materials for direct and indirect networks.
Support the network in demonstrations, tailored solutions and technical advice.
Sales Network Training
Design and plan the training program for the sales network.
Create dynamic learning materials and digital tools tailored to the network.
Deliver training sessions on energy, safety and digitalization.
Evaluate and segment training programs to maximize their effectiveness.
Collaborate in internal and external brand events.
University degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Business or similar.
5+ years' experience in product management and sales training in industrial or B2B environments.
Master's degree in management and/or experience in the Material Handling sector highly valued.
Fluent Spanish and English with strong negotiation skills.
Proficiency in digital tools and Microsoft Office.
