About the Role
We are hiring a Native Arabic-speaking Marketing Customer Support Specialist to support clients with paid advertising campaigns and digital marketing tools.
This role combines customer support and performance marketing expertise, assisting advertisers in optimizing campaigns, resolving technical issues, and improving results through data-driven insights.
We are open to native Arabic speakers from any country, as long as they are already located in Lisbon.
Working Schedule
Initial Schedule (12-hour operational window):
Monday to Sunday – 07:00 to 19:00
2 shifts:
07:00 – 16:00
10:00 – 19:00
2 rotative days off per week
At a later stage (TBC by the client), the schedule may transition to 24/7 rotational shifts.
Responsibilities
- Support clients with paid marketing campaigns
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics
- Assist with tracking setup, pixel implementation, and API integrations
- Provide guidance on campaign optimization and best practices
- Troubleshoot technical and performance-related issues
- Ensure accurate documentation and reporting
Requirements
- Good command of English (B2+)
- Mandatory experience in paid campaign management
- Degree in Marketing or related field
- Mandatory experience with Google Analytics
- Knowledge of HTML / Web Development
- Experience with Pixel tracking and API integrations
- Must already be located in Lisbon
