What you’ll do
As a Technical Account Manager, you will be the primary technical point of contact for a portfolio of customers, ensuring the stability, performance, and evolution of their cloud environments. You will bridge customer needs with internal technical teams, leading the technical side of the relationship.
Main responsibilities 1. Technical ownership & escalation management
* Act as Technical Account Manager for cloud and hosting customers.
* Manage and coordinate complex technical incidents and escalations, including root cause analysis and follow-up.
* Work closely with Engineering, SRE, and Support teams to ensure effective resolutions.
* Oversee infrastructure changes, maintenance activities, and corrective actions.
2. Technical advisory & architecture alignment
* Gain a deep understanding of customer architectures.
* Proactively propose technical improvements related to performance, availability, security, and scalability.
* Participate in technical reviews, capacity planning, and technical roadmaps.
* Ensure solutions follow best practices and technical standards.
3. Client-facing technical coordination (≈30%)
* Clearly communicate technical decisions, impacts, and action plans.
* Translate business requirements into concrete technical solutions.
* Support small to mid-sized technical projects (migrations, upgrades, optimizations).
* Maintain technical documentation and follow-up plans with customers.
What we’re looking for Required
* 2+ years of experience as a Technical Account Manager or in technical roles with direct customer interaction.
* Solid knowledge of:
* Cloud infrastructure (IaaS, virtualization, networking, storage)
* Linux / Windows systems
* High availability, backups, and basic security concepts
* Experience managing incidents, changes, and technical escalations.
* Strong technical communication and organizational skills.
Nice to have
* Experience with cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP, or others).
* Background in L2/L3 support, system administration, cloud engineering, DevOps, or technical consulting.
* Professional English (additional languages are a plus).
* Interest in growing into Senior TAM or Cloud Architect roles.
