Your missions
* Support the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing and attracting candidates for various roles
* Conduct initial screening calls with Dutch-speaking candidates
* Assist in managing candidate databases and updating records
* Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
* Participate in employer branding activities and recruitment events
* Prepare reports and analytics on recruitment activities
* Collaborate with team members on recruitment projects
* Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Your profile
* Experience with recruitment or human resources (internship or academic projects preferred)
* Academic background: studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
* Fluent Dutch and English
* Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment platforms
* You have an ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a multicultural environment
