What will you do?
* Lead a senior team of Web Developers and QAs
* Oversee the external development and maintenance of Web applications, ensuring software quality and efficiency
* Define and implement software development best practices (such as CI/CD, automated testing, code reviews, security) across all projects under your responsibility
* Define and track a set of metrics to evaluate the health of applications, monitoring performance, stability, and software quality
* Collaborate closely with the Product team to align the development roadmap of new products and iterations of existing products
* Assess the technical feasibility of new projects and features, providing high-level estimates and recommendations
* Enhancing the importance of team unity so that everyone feels part of the project and the company

Requirements
* You have proven leadership (more than 4 years) of Frontend, Backend, DevOps and QA teams, ensuring that they are aligned with the product/business and work towards a common goal
* You have previous experience (more than 4 years) in frontend and/or backend Web development
* You have experience in working in e-commerce websites with suites of cloud computing services such as Google Cloud (mandatory) and AWS (optional)
* You have previous experience managing people, delivery, quality and processes
* You know how to implement software development best practices
* You like to work in agile and dynamic environments
* You are an expert in promoting teamwork so that teams collaborate with each other and create synergies for continuous improvement
* You have excellent communication and leadership skills
* You are fluent in both Spanish and English
* Preferred: you have experience with AI
