Tasks and Qualifications : Responsibilities :
* Perform data analysis on customer data, derive material flow diagrams, and create overviews of materials to be handled.
* Develop and evaluate multiple conceptual ideas for intralogistics solutions, selecting the most suitable for both the customer and the company.
* Manage project progression within deadlines and budgets, addressing discrepancies proactively and escalating when necessary.
* Ensure adherence to the commercial process, considering customer and internal milestones.
* Identify risks and opportunities, developing contingency plans accordingly.
* Lead internal project meetings and facilitate collaboration among team members.
* Prepare and conduct customer meetings and workshops in collaboration with the sales team, clarifying technical questions.
* Coordinate with external partners on technology, implementation, and costs.
* Draft proposal documents based on standard templates that accurately reflect our solutions.
* Manage total cost calculations, ensuring all relevant costs are included and validated.
Required Skills and Experience :
* Minimum of 10 years of experience in solution development or similar roles within intralogistics or automation industries.
* Strong analytical skills with proven experience in data analysis and material flow design.
* Expertise in developing and comparing multiple conceptual solutions for complex projects.
* Excellent understanding of commercial processes and customer engagement milestones.
* Strong communication skills for effective liaison with teams, customers, and partners.
* Proven leadership in facilitating meetings and ensuring team alignment.
* Familiarity with risk management and contingency planning for large-scale projects.
* Proficient in drafting proposal documents and managing total cost calculations.
* Ability to manage scope and resources to meet customer and internal requirements.
