Lead local workshops: ensure clients understand in scope of services as per global contract, service delivery model and systems landscapeDefine and maintain local Project Plan (MS Project and Smartsheet) and RAID log. Onboard Business As Usual operational team in the projectPrepare Payroll Calendar and Trusted Source ListImplement Local Service delivery tools (case management tool, call centre, SLA reporting tool, etc).Coordinate and lead client and BAU Operations trainings to ensure readiness for go liveCoordinate and lead testing phases to ensure all in scope systems are working and integrated as expected and configured according to the specifications agreed in the contract.Identify and communicate project risks.Monitor delivery of the transition within agreed scope, quality, time, and budgetMain goal: successful transition from Project to BAU services for client andAt least 3 years in HR/Payroll outsourcing - implementing or operatingFluent English, and Dutch or German required
