Responsibilities
Your day to day with us:
Corporate Legal Support:
- Assist in managing corporate legal matters in Spain and Portugal.
Marketing & Advertising Legal Support
- Review and advise on marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and advertising materials to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
- Provide early and continuous feedback to minimize legal and reputational risks.
- Provide legal support for product development process from ideation through launch.
- Analysis, drafting, and validation of contracts linked to the execution of marketing campaigns (including agreements with influencers, sponsorships, and collaborations).
- Ensure compliance with consumer protection, food labeling, data privacy, and intellectual property laws in marketing activities.
Contract Management
- Draft, review, negotiate, and execute a wide range of commercial agreements (manufacturing, logistics, procurement).
- Offer guidance on legal risk assessment and mitigation for internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
What will you need to succeed?
- Law degree; additional specialization in corporate or marketing law is a plus.
- Knowledge of corporate law and commercial contracts is a must, and of advertising regulations is highly valuable.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Fluent in Spanish and English; knowledge of Portuguese and/or Italian is a plus.
