Account Manager, Amazon Business Marketplace
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years of sales or account management experience
- Knowledge of Excel skills to refine data and prepare business reports
- Experience engaging verbally and in writing with internal and external stakeholders to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise manner
- Experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and analytical platforms, including but not limited to analyzing data using pivots and V‑Lookups
- Speak, write, and read fluently in Japanese
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in English‑language communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with program and project management in a matrixed organization, including managing details, keeping multiple tasks/projects on track, and influencing others
- Experience with data analysis and SQL
- Experience writing complex Excel VBA macros
- Experience managing multiple calendars, or experience completing complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance and reacting with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround
- Experience gathering and analyzing large amounts of data and delivering continuous business improvements
