Position Overview:
The IT Senior Business Analyst will oversee Service Management at the terminal level, ensuring service quality, monitoring business demands, and collaborating with stakeholders to improve processes through IT solutions. The role requires full-time onsite presence.
Principal Responsibilities:
* Implement and improve best practices, driving continuous improvement.
* Engage stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback.
* Manage project resources and ensure quality deliverables.
* Communicate effectively with business and IT teams to identify and implement operational improvements.
* Monitor project budgets and collaborate on modernization initiatives.
* Analyze improvement opportunities and develop recommendations.
* Enhance IT reporting, ITSM, and performance tracking.
* Develop ongoing training plans.
* Coordinate with regional and global teams on programs and demands.
* Prioritize and manage terminal demands and projects from inception to implementation.
* Support the overall terminal change agenda and budget planning.
* Translate business needs into technical specifications.
* Manage ITSM Change Management processes per RACI matrix.
* Provide KPIs to monitor performance and suggest improvements.
* Identify synergies between terminals and promote standardized practices.
Required Skills and Experience:
* Experience with Agile and ITIL frameworks.
* Proficiency in PowerBI and reporting development.
* Technical background in network and infrastructure (VMWare, CISCO).
* Project management experience.
* End-user support experience is desirable.
* Experience managing Service Requests, Change, and Problems.
* Knowledge of ServiceNow is preferable.
* Ability to communicate ideas effectively in English, both verbally and written.
