**Omega CRM Consulting is looking for a Web analyst that would like to collaborate with one of the top 15 global pharmaceutical companies.**:We have an exciting role in Animal Health Unit as “Web Analyst”, where you will ensure the tracking and measurement of Animal Health websites within the Website Tagging Services. This tracking and measurement enables the impact analysis of websites and marketing activities to derive broader insights and ultimately, to optimize ongoing and future websites.You will work closely with Digital Analytics Capability Lead and IT Business Partner, as well as the CX2 Campaign and Platform Managers to write technical specifications for individual websites to ensure optimal data collection and data quality on BI websites with the help of Adobe Analytics. For this purpose, you will work with website owners as well as with agencies partner together to properly set up website analytics based on the stakeholders needs and the global standard.Are you ready for this new exciting journey and help us shape part of digital transformation for Animal Health?He/she will:- Ensure that websites are tagged based on global standards and stakeholders needs.- Will ensure enhancement reviews and creatively think of new solution for website tagging to enhance the global standard- Will implement Marketing Tags on websites- Closely work with website owners and their agencies to support on their implementation**Requirements**:- Bachelor’s degree or Master degree in computer science or engineering and strong affinity with tech or Bachelor in technical studies combined with a strong business mindset.- 2+ years experience with digital analytics and technical implementation of Web Analytics (Adobe Analytics plus) and corresponding tools- Programming language experience, such as HTML and JavaScript.- Business acumen and knowledge, ideal including Omniture Experience Launch Adobe Analytics /target/.- Marketing knowledge (including best practices) is a plus.- CRM project and marketing business knowledge preferred (Drupal CRM Knowledge is a plus)- The global nature of this job requires being fluent in English- Experience working in an international and intercultural environment.- Communicate effectively, collaboration skills, problem solving, self-motivation and excellent analytical thinking, open mindset, thinking out-of-the-box with innovative ideas.WHAT DO WE OFFER- Permanent contract.- Flexible Schedule.
