Job Description
As an IT Project Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
1. Leading and managing end-to-end technology projects, ensuring alignment with objectives, scope, timelines, and budget.
2. Coordinating multiple workstreams and multidisciplinary teams, promoting collaboration and effective task follow-up.
3. Working closely with internal and external teams (vendors, technology partners).
4. Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, tracking progress, and ensuring clear communication with stakeholders.
5. Preparing documentation, executive reports, and presentations for different levels of the organization.
6. Identifying risks, dependencies, and blockers, proposing and implementing mitigation actions.
7. Providing periodic project status reports and keeping all parties informed.
8. Supporting transition, deployment, and go-live phases to ensure successful implementation.
Experience & Requirements
We are looking for a profile with:
9. 4–6 years of experience as a Project Manager in the technology field.
10. Proven experience managing end-to-end technology projects.
11. Solid knowledge of corporate IT environments (CRM, ERP/SAP, infrastructure, integrations, etc.).
12. Strong ability to manage stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams (internal and external).
13. Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and other project/ticketing systems.
14. Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
15. Languages: High level of English and Spanish (both required).
