This role is task based and on contract basis. Responsibilities include improving the Call center scripts and creating the Audio based on the scripts. Scripts need to align with the generated Audio. The role may also involve developing linguistic guidelines and maintaining data quality throughout the annotation process.QualificationsExperience in Call center with Catalan, Spanish and English.Experience in transcription and annotationStrong attention to detail, language accuracy, and quality controlPrevious work with AI/data annotation tools is advantageousEffective communication skills and ability to meet deadlinesBachelor's degree
