Ecostars is the #1 ESG hotel certification in Western Europe and the most advanced sustainability SaaS for the hospitality sector worldwide. Our AI-driven platform is already used by over 3,000 hotels, and we are on a mission to triple our size in the next 12 months.
We are looking for a Strategic KAM to lead SaaS sales among major European hotel chains. You will manage an ARR target of €30k/month (average ticket size of €20k). To excel, you should have a proven track record in international B2B SaaS sales with similar high-level metrics.
Your Impact
Global Expansion: Engage and convert C-level executives (CEOs, COOs, Sustainability Directors) at the world's leading hotel groups
Relationship Building: Travel to corporate headquarters across Europe to build trust and close long-term strategic deals
Sustainability Expert: Translate complex data—carbon footprints, water usage, and energy efficiency—into a winning business case for our clients
Who We Are Looking For
International Profile: Native or C2 English is mandatory. We value international professionals currently based in Spain who are comfortable managing a diverse European portfolio
SaaS Expert: 4+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience in a Startup/Scaleup environment, consistently hitting KPIs above €250k/year
Analytical & Driven: You combine high-energy sales with a data-driven approach
Strategic Communicator: You can simplify technical projects and negotiate with multiple stakeholders
Autonomy: You execute from day one and hold yourself to the highest professional standards
