Project Description
Our company is rapidly growing and now we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with a Life Science / Pharma R&D focus to join our team of professionals. For this role you should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant business analyst or scientific role within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.

Responsibilities
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements
* Translate Scientific and Business Process needs into technical specifications
* Act as a bridge between a customer and the MIGx technical team
* Analyze and model complex process / data flows to support pharmaceutical R&D initiatives
* Support systems implementation, integration, qualification, and validation efforts
* Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders
* Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights on digital transformation in life sciences
* Lead workshops, gap analyses, and process improvement initiatives
Requirements - Must have
* Strong understanding of drug development lifecycle, clinical trials, regulatory requirements (e.G., GxP, FDA, EMA)
* Experience with clinical study protocols
* Familiarity with biostatistics, bioinformatics, clinical data, research data, RWD or lab informatics is a plus
* Experience with data modeling, requirements engineering, and process mapping
* Familiarity with Pharma R&D systems (e.G., CDMS, CTMS, PV, RIM, LIMS, ELN, or eTMF systems)
* Knowledge of data standards (e.G., CDISC, HL7, IDMP) and data governance
Requirements - Nice to have
* Experience with knowledge management
* Understanding of “Data as a Product” principles
* Experience with Data Mesh, graph databases, and ontology development to support next-gen data architectures
* Experience with data-focused solutions in the cloud e.G. Azure
* Synapse, Databricks
* Proficiency in tools like JIRA / ADO, Confluence, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau
* Data modeling skills: Relational, Dimensional, Graph
