We are looking for a Sales Engineer to develop our business in the North of Spain, reporting directly to the General Manager. The role is preferably based in Asturias, Cantabria, A Coruña, Alava or Vizcaya.
Your mission
You will be responsible for growing PR electronics’ presence in the region by actively selling high‑performance process instrumentation solutions. Through a structured, proactive sales approach, you will expand our customer base, increase sales, and win new end customers and machine builders across the process industry.
Key responsibilities
* Actively identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities
* Communicate the commercial and technical value of our solutions to solve customer challenges
* Drive sales growth through focused account planning and pipeline management
* Execute sales activities to exceed budget targets and key performance indicators
* Build strong, long‑term partnerships with customers and key stakeholders
* Share market insights and best practices with the international sales team
Your profile
* Degree in process engineering, electrical engineering, or similar
* Solid understanding of the process industry and its sales dynamics
* Strong hunter mentality with a passion for winning new business
* Structured, disciplined use of CRM tools
* Fluent professional English, written and spoken
