In this pivotal role, you will combine advanced Regulatory Affairs expertise with strategic business insight to drive operational excellence across midsize to large Regulatory Affairs outsourcing programs.
As a trusted leader and client advisor, you will work with considerable autonomy, managing complex projects from inception to completion while mentoring the next generation of project leaders. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact on global Regulatory Affairs projects while contributing to business growth and client success.
The role can be home or office based in various European locations.
Role Responsibilities:
Lead Client Solutions & Business Development
1. Act as a trusted advisor to clients on complex Regulatory Affairs challenges
2. Present Parexel's Regulatory Affairs Consulting capabilities and deliver customized sales presentations
3. Provide proposal support and oversight, participating in bid defense meetings
4. Generate new business through personal reputation and client relationships
5. Actively participate in strategic account planning for key clients
Drive Project Excellence
6. Provide cross-functional leadership for regulatory outsourcing programs and project teams
7. Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
8. Monitor profitability across multiple projects through active budget management
9. Proactively identify and resolve issues affecting project success and client satisfaction
10. Leverage best practices and industry knowledge to develop innovative business solutions
Mentor & Develop Teams
11. Act as a role model and coach for Project Leaders and team members
12. Participate in mentorship programs for project leaders and functional leads
13. Guide colleagues on appropriate project execution methods
14. Foster a collaborative team environment that drives results
Stay Ahead of Industry Trends
15. Monitor and evaluate industry initiatives, policy changes, and technology trends
16. Ensure delivery of cutting-edge solutions that meet evolving client needs

Skills and Experience required for the role
18. University Degree in a Scientific or Technical Discipline
19. Extensive experience in life sciences or consulting industries
20. Proven track record managing Regulatory Affairs projects, client solutions, and teams
21. Demonstrated success in winning and leading global projects
22. Strong business development and proposal management experience
23. Advanced project management and operational leadership capabilities
