The industrial company Birziplastik and the Technological Center Leartiker are jointly looking for a person to join the Leartiker Polymers Technology team, specializing in sustainable transportation. After a half-year technical research experience, you will be permanently incorporated into Birziplastik's staff!
The knowledge gained during this research period at the Technological Center will relate to the manufacturing process of formulations through compounding based on recycled material, its development, and characterization. This strategic knowledge is highly relevant for Birziplastik, an industrial waste management company authorized to transform plastic waste into recycled raw materials.
You will collaborate with other researchers and technicians, mainly on a collaborative project with Birziplastik aimed at optimizing the formulation manufacturing process through compounding based on recycled material, along with other national and international projects that aim to advance knowledge in this field.
After this research experience at Leartiker, you will be permanently hired by Birziplastik as an R&D technician, responsible for researching and developing knowledge related to the compounding process and scaling developments to series production.

Requirements: What you'll need to enjoy this team: Education:
* We are interested in hiring someone with a technical profile of a university degree or vocational training related to mechanical manufacturing processes, materials, chemistry, etc. But mainly, we seek someone eager and ambitious. Don't worry if you don't have experience in recycling or plastics; we will train you!
Professional Experience:
* We will positively value knowledge and interest in Circular Economy, Recycling, Environment, ISO and UNE regulations, and plastic manufacturing processes. But if you lack experience but feel suited for the role, don't hesitate to apply.
* Previous experience in similar roles in industrial sectors or automotive will be valued.
* Communication, social skills, leadership, and innovation capacity are also appreciated.
Languages:
* Fluent in English, spoken and written. Knowledge of other languages is also valued.
Others:
* Availability to travel.
* Driving license.
