We are thrilled to introduce this awesome opportunity for a well-connected igaming affiliate manager to join a successfully operating online casino for the European market.
The role is based in the South of Spain but applicants working fully remotely CET hours are welcome to apply. Salary around €40-48K + commission.
Role & Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard new affiliates
- Identify key partners and optimize incentives for enhanced productivity
- Activate and reactivate affiliates
- Monitor and enhance performance, using sophisticated software
- Collaborate with acquisition team to identify innovative ways to enhance existing partnerships and test new affiliate strategies
- Continuously monitor and evaluate current processes to identify new opportunities
- Regularly analyze and report on results from network initiatives
- Optimize deals and campaigns to meet sales and profitability targets
- Represent network at industry events globally internationally
Requirements
- Experience from working in Igaming Affiliation for min 4 years
- Strong affiliate-connections within the igaming industry
- Excellent knowledge about the INTEGRAL iGaming scene : trends, products, shakers and movers
- Business-savvy with excellent understanding of profitability calculations
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Fluency in Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish could be advantageous
- Self-motivated solution-finder with can-do attitude
- Strong negotiation and sales skills
- Understanding different traffic sources and the benefits/risks associated with each
- Experience of analysing traffic quality
- Ability to identify fraudulent activities
- Ability to travel extensively globally as and when required, several times annually
- Happy to represent the company at various industry events
