The challenge:
Perform support tasks necessary for manufacturing pharmaceutical batches at various stages, ensuring proper execution, correct processes, and product quality.
Support continuous improvement plans for production processes.
Specific Responsibilities:
* Monitor output quality to identify and discard faulty products.
* Investigate incidents, report deviations, and determine causes to resolve issues.
* Maintain accurate daily production records for performance analysis, yield checks, and process documentation.
* Monitor production line status, including underemployment, delays, and current products.
* Train new personnel on procedures and equipment use.
* Propose operational, equipment, and facility improvements.
* Support process optimization initiatives.
* Train new hires in specific activities and functions related to the role.
Requirements:
* Education: Engineering or equivalent, degree in Chemicals, Biology, or Vocational training.
* Languages: Fluent Spanish; English is a plus.
* Experience: +1 year in a similar role.
* Knowledge: GMP regulations.
* Travel: Willing to travel occasionally.
