We are looking for a trilingual Junior Key Account Manager for Ads Solutions to join our team in Madrid. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital advertising, have an analytical and results-oriented mindset, and be able to build strong relationships with international clients.
- Drive revenue growth in the European market by providing effective advertising solutions and operational support to key clients.- Understand clients' business objectives and translate them into data-driven advertising strategies.- Manage daily communication with clients (emails, calls and face-to-face meetings).- Support the launch, optimisation and scaling of campaigns within our Ads platform.- Analyse campaign performance and generate insights to improve efficiency and results.- Collaborate with advertisers in sectors such as gaming, entertainment, sports, fintech, tourism and apps.- Use AI tools and analytical methodologies to increase operational efficiency and campaign optimisation.- Participate in industry events and advertising ecosystem activities.- Collaborate with product and operations teams at HQ to improve functionality, platform usage and customer experience.
- Previous experience in digital advertising (agencies, DSPs, performance marketing or publisher-side).- Solid knowledge of the advertising ecosystem and platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.- Analytical mindset and ability to convert data into optimisation strategies.- Familiarity with AI or automation tools applied to marketing or data analysis (highly valued).- Proactive, solution-oriented attitude and strong communication skills.- Knowledge of the advertising ecosystem in the EU and network of contacts (desirable).
