In this role you will lead patient journey insights for diabetic macular edema and uveitis, shaping patient-centric brand strategies across cross-functional teams. You will synthesize stakeholder input, guide Brand Team decisions, and drive multi-channel marketing initiatives that align with AbbVie’s mission. You’ll balance dynamic market understanding with rigorous planning, delivering measurable impact on brand performance. • Collaborate with Brand Team and In-Field Team to synthesize insights and identify target segments for brand positioning and Close Loop Marketing
• Develop robust Patient Journey with strategic objectives; challenge Brand Team strategies to ensure patient-centricity
• Ensure branding consistency and emotional alignment with Brand Story across all materials and tactics
• Design and implement marketing activities including innovative tactics, partnerships, and multi-stakeholder initiatives
• Align in-field materials and tactics with strategic brand objectives to drive momentum
• Lead development of inputs for Strategic Brand Plan, consolidate the 1-year Tactical Brand Plan, and support Long Range Planning
• Develop, coach direct reports (if applicable), forecast and monitor brand KPIs, manage budget and brand P&L (if applicable), track ROI
• Lead Brand Team toward a shared vision and ensure cross-functional involvement in Brand planning and execution
• Foster collaboration and accountability; organize and chair Brand Team meetings
• Manage team performance and processes to deliver on brand objectives
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Proven marketing experience in biotech/pharmaceutical xpzdshu industry
• Ability to translate strategies into actionable marketing actions
• Experience leading and coordinating cross-functional teams
• Strong knowledge of healthcare environment and evolving landscape
• Digital marketing knowledge and strategic/tactical marketing skills
• Financial knowledge (finance principles and processes)
• English and Spanish fluency (verbal and written)
• Sales and marketing track record in pharma
• Minimum 2 years of direct people management experience
• National and international geographical mobility
