Collaborate with product development teams to ensure proper instrumentation and operational data models for analytics. Analyze data from various sources to draw insights and support decision-making. Work with business and product teams to identify key metrics and derive actionable insights. Collaborate with product managers to identify opportunities, formulate hypotheses, and validate via experimentation.Analytics Engineering :
Ensure data freshness, integrity, and consistency within the data warehouse. Develop & maintain ELT processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources. Define and maintain reports and metrics for stakeholder self-service. Design and develop visualizations and dashboards tailored to team needs.Data Activation :
Integrate data warehouse with third-party tools for marketing, customer success, and sales. Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of data feeds. Identifying trends in user behavior and suggesting strategies.Technical Proficiency :
Skilled in data warehousing, ETL / ELT, SQL, Python, git, and data visualization tools. Familiar with development tools (CI / CD, version control, testing). Example :

Able to work seamlessly with business and product teams, understanding their needs. Example :
