Overview (Senior) Engineer (m/f/d) Mechanical Pitch & Yaw — Nordex Group, Sarriguren, Chartered Community of Navarre, SpainResponsibilitiesSupport Nordex service in fleet assessments for pitch & yaw componentsAnalyze the operation performance of the pitch & yaw systemsInvestigate, develop and implement potential improvements for the reliability of the pitch & yaw systems in coordination with System Leads and Component ResponsibleDevelop Root Cause Analysis (RCA) in coordination with other Engineering Departments and Service DepartmentTechno-commercial evaluation of improvement measuresManage technical projects related to reliability, quality or costsSupport DFMEA development and quality assuranceYour Profile~ Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or comparable university degree~5+ years in the wind turbine sector, specifically with pitch and yaw systems~ Knowledge and experience about pitch and yaw systems: bearing, gears, lubrication~ Knowledge in quality assurance methodologies preferred~ Good communication skills~ Comfortable to work in multi-national, multi-cultural teams~ Willingness and ability to travel occasionally~ Ability to manage projects and to work as a team with good analytical skills, plus flexibility and dynamism in task execution~ Fluent English;
German and/or Spanish skills are a plus
