As Quality Analyst Engineer in Madrid, you will define and govern the Project Quality Management System for high-stakes energy projects, ensuring adherence to goals and procedures. You will drive audits, KPIs, and corrective actions across multiple centers, collaborating with discipline leads to keep quality on track. You’ll implement lessons learned and support continuous improvement. This role offers impact across global projects within Technip Energies’ energy transition focus.

• Issue the Project Quality Plan and identify critical areas of the Quality Management System
• Ensure project personnel understand goals and requirements under Project Management
• Collaborate with discipline leads to ensure compliance with project documents and procedures
• Establish audit and review plans for quality control
• Review and audit the effectiveness of the Quality Management System across Operations/Engineering Centers
• Report on quality performance to Project Management and conduct periodic system reviews
• Coordinate activities of Operations Center Quality Managers and support site QCMs in maintaining QMS
• Implement corrective and preventive actions and track NCR closures
• Assist defining project objectives and KPIs, analyze performance and propose actions
• Lead or participate in investigations of quality problems and capture lessons learned
• Support development/approval xpzdshu of site, QCP, and ITP procedures
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor in Engineering
• Master in Quality Management
• at least 5 years as Project Quality Manager, preferably in Oil & Gas
• fluent in English (C1)
