Tour Delivery Manager Job Summary
The Tour Delivery Manager is responsible for developing and managing regional tour manager teams to deliver an excellent on-tour experience.
Main Responsibilities:
* Hiring/Recruitment: Develop annual hiring and recruitment strategy that supports business growth by sourcing top candidates in the industry to support our brand delivery and excellence standards.
* Training and Team Development: Continue to evolve training strategy by drawing on individual and team needs through a variety of training models and on the road coaching and training. Conducts tour prep and briefing for new and existing tour managers.
* Performance Management: Manage each member of the team to achieve established metrics tied to customer feedback through our quality management tool. Identify training opportunities and resources.
* Support Product Design and Marketing Initiatives: Through the input and efforts of the regional team, support tour enhancements and marketing content.
* This position requires some travel (estimated 4 tours per year).
* Collaborate Across the Organization: Improve operational processes and efficiencies to support tour managers on the road, product enhancements and new product development, emergency services protocols.
Key Requirements:
* 3-5 years of industry experience or management experience required
* Bachelor's degree preferred
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
* Ability to engage with and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Proficient skills in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
* Must be able to speak Portuguese or Spanish fluently
