Job Description: As an Accountancy Administrator, your responsibilities include:
* Ownership of existing processes within IT Service Management, including full lifecycle management.
* Managing process lifecycle: design, delivery, training, review, and improvement.
* Developing procedures, work instructions, and templates for process support.
* Ensuring compliance with internal and industry standards such as ISO 27001.
* Ensuring accurate inputs, outputs, and interfaces with other practices and processes.
* Performing reviews and evidence checks for governance and audits.
* Building and delivering training materials and courses, including recorded programs.
* Analyzing process performance and implementing corrective actions.
* Assessing new features and roadmaps, coordinating deployment with Change Management.
* Facilitating Problem and Change management cycles.
* Collaborating across teams to resolve conflicts and achieve results.
* Managing daily ITSM tools to ensure availability, health, and performance.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in technology, computer science, or related fields.
* At least 2 years of experience managing ITSM or ITIL processes.
* Experience in developing and delivering training on standards and policies.
* Strong teamwork, empathy, and collaboration skills.
* Experience with a Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
* Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
* Proficiency in English.
* Organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and self-driven.
* Ability to work across global teams.
* ITIL Foundation certification is a plus; intermediate certifications are desirable.
* Experience with Service Management software and dashboards like PowerBI is a plus.
* Proven ability to facilitate and lead meetings, tailoring communication to the audience.
