This is not a sales role. This is an operational excellence role within a manufacturing environment.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing and processing complex international orders within our ERP system, ensuring absolute accuracy across product references, quantities, pricing structures, and shipping configurations.
You will work closely with logistics, factory planning, and the commercial team to ensure smooth execution of international shipments.
This role requires comfort working with a high number of product references and configurations on a daily basis.
Main Responsibilities
Manual entry and verification of international sales orders in ERP
Managing a high-SKU product catalog with multiple sizes, materials and configurations
Preparing proformas, order confirmations and shipping documentation
Supporting container optimization and shipment coordination
Cross-checking pricing, margins and technical specifications
Coordinating with factory planning and logistics team
Ensuring order accuracy before production and shipment
Ideal Profile
We are looking for someone who:
Has experience in manufacturing, industrial distribution, or product-heavy companies
Has managed complex product references within an ERP system as part of daily work
Is used to working with ERP systems (SAP, Navision, Business Central, Odoo or similar)
Is detail-oriented and comfortable with critical tasks
Enjoys structured operational work
Is calm when handling complexity
Has good English (written and spoken)
Background Clarification
This position is focused on internal order management within a manufacturing company with a large and complex product catalog.
Experience exclusively in freight forwarding, customs brokerage, or transport coordination will not be sufficient for this role.
This is not a freight forwarding position. It is a manufacturing order management role.
