Job Purpose
As Head of Infrastructure & Service Management, you will define, build, and continuously evolve the strategy and operating model of our Infrastructure and IT Services, ensuring secure, reliable, cost‑effective, and business‑aligned service delivery.
You will be responsible for the following strategic areas:
* Secure & modernize infrastructure platforms
* (cloud, hybrid, network, workplace, security by design)
* IT Service Management & operational excellence
* (support, SLAs, KPIs, incident/problem/change management)
* Automation & platform enablement
* (Infrastructure as Code, self‑service, standardization)
* Cost, asset & vendor management
* (FinOps, SAM Software Asset Management, vendor governance)
* Observability, performance & resilience
* (monitoring, service reliability, proactive operations)
* Continuous improvement
* (process maturity, risk management, service optimization)
Qualifications, Experience & Skills
Education & Certifications
* Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
* Proven leadership skills and teams management
* Solid exposure to CxO levels
Experience
* 8+ years of experience in defining and delivering Infrastructure, Service Management & Support roadmaps
* Proven experience managing mid‑to‑large‑scale infrastructure and service environments (multi‑site, multi‑country, or enterprise‑level).
* Demonstrated successful Infrastructure & Support strategies definition and implementation
Soft Skills
* Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to navigate effectively between central and regional organizations in large, global environments.
* Analytical thinking and structured problem‑solving mindset.

Languages, Location & Work Model
* English is mandatory
* Spanish, Italian, or French is a strong plus
