Digital Platforms & Data Consultant for H&S is responsible for the global Cority platform support, maintenance, and improvements. Responsible for creating and maintaining interactive data visualizations and reports using Power BI, a business analytics tool from Microsoft. A Power BI Data Analyst works with data sources, data models, datasets, dashboards, and reports to provide insights and solutions for the Health, Safety, and Wellbeing department.Responsibilities and Duties:
Cority platform support and improvements including:
Solve functional doubts and technical doubts such as access to the mobile device and how to download the app from the Play Store.Creating Users or Modifying Users and Employees.Obtain metrics from Spain regarding hours worked, number of workers, and days lost.Deletion/modification of reports.Address real incidents and improvements. Handle requests for additional tasks (improvements), create custom dashboards.Manual bulk import, update employees in bulk.Inactivate terminated employees.Review duplicate accidents, accidents with sick leave vs. accidents without sick leave.Review inspections.Execution of hours and management of own employees in Spain.Submit requests to Cority via CAP.Data analytics:
Collect, analyze, and utilize data, tools, and technologies to draw conclusions, make predictions, and inform decision-making.Provide technical support to all regions, projects, and businesses for digital implementation.Connect to various data sources and import data into Power BI dashboards.Apply data analysis and visualization best practices.Use Power BI Q&A and AI features to enhance data analysis.Monitor and troubleshoot data refresh issues.Collaborate with other data analysts and business users across regions.Coordinate with HSW departments to address their needs and enhancement requests.Monitor and evaluate the performance, impact, and benefits of digital and technological solutions for the health and safety directorate, using data, feedback, and best practices to identify and implement improvements and innovations.Contribute to the training strategy by developing training content for both basic and advanced levels tailored to different user groups.Experience Requirements:
Graduate-level studies with a background in engineering or related fields.Understanding of health and safety practices specific to the construction industry.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience in data analysis and reporting using Power BI.Experience working with various data sources such as Excel, CSV, JSON, SQL Server, Azure, etc.Ability to create dynamic and interactive dashboards and reports with slicers, filters, drill-downs, etc.Good understanding of data visualization principles and techniques.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Attention to detail and accuracy.J-18808-Ljbffr
