Henkel. We are looking for a candidate who can contribute to lean manufacturing initiatives, monitor production quality, and support data-driven improvements across processes and plants. Responsibilities
Apply lean manufacturing tools to achieve targets fixed by management Monitor the quality of output to identify or discard re-manufactured faulty products Maintain accurate daily production records so that manufacturing performance can be analyzed Design, implement and maintain systems to collect and analyze data for critical product and process parameters Use data to identify process losses Work with line management to prioritize improvement opportunities Eliminate or reduce (prioritized) losses through making process or work system changes Participate in the daily direction-setting process (SIM) – report results, flag issues and request resources Own critical daily management systems, e.g. centre-lining (run-to-target) Share and reapply learning across processes, modules and plants Prepare and give training on process/equipment changes What you’ll do

A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or in a related field At least internship/1 year of experience in a process engineer role and in an industrial environment Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to engage and lead a cross-functional team Proven ability to learn rapidly Strong communication skills Strong change management skills that can persuade and lead with conviction Ability to mature, grow and develop within the company Fluent English Some perks of joining Henkel
