What you'll do (scope varies by level)~ Design, configure, and deliver SAP MDG solutions within S/4HANA programmes~ Define and implement master data governance frameworks (Business Partner, Material, Finance, Supplier, Customer)~ Design data models, workflows, validations, and governance processes~ Support data migration, data quality, and data lifecycle management activities~ Collaborate with functional, technical, and data teams across international programmes~(Manager & Senior Manager) Lead MDG workstreams, manage teams, and engage with senior client stakeholders

What we're looking forHands-on experience with SAP MDG (responsibilities aligned to seniority level)Experience with SAP S/4HANA or ECC MDG implementationsStrong understanding of master data, data governance, and data quality conceptsAbility to work effectively in international, multicultural environmentsFluent English (Spanish is a plus)Strong communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills
