The Analyst, BI Product Solutions Management interacts with technical and business contacts from leading hotel and car rental brands worldwide, ensuring the successful delivery of product solutions to support their strategic and tactical goals. They are responsible for maintaining the quality and consistency of client solutions, collaborating closely with sales, technical, product, and customer service teams within TravelClick. They engage with clients daily and work with internal teams to understand and meet client objectives, nurturing relationships.
Main responsibilities:
* Provide consultative and delivery support for new and existing BI solutions, including data feed implementations for enterprise clients.
* Manage the Salesforce queue for customer service tickets daily.
* Perform customer data mapping as needed.
* Support and maintain Enterprise Edition subscriptions with clients.
* Assist in analyzing and resolving bugs within the product and client-specific deployments.
* Monitor daily alerts to ensure data quality standards in solutions.
* Conduct data quality research and analysis.
* Run predefined database queries to support customer requests and troubleshoot issues.
* Communicate with client technical, operational, and business contacts to provide updates and status reports.
* Set up, run, and deliver customized reports.
About the ideal candidate:
* At least 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst.
* Bachelor's degree in Technical or Business fields.
* Experience in the Hospitality or Travel industry.
* Proficiency in SQL and Excel.
* Advanced English language skills.
* Proactive attitude with strong analytical thinking and data-driven mindset.
