Job Description
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting students academic, emotional and social development, working closely with teachers, families and school leadership to ensure every student receives the guidance and support they need to thrive.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct psychoeducational assessments and contribute to the identification of students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and additional learning needs.
* Develop, implement and monitor personalised intervention and support plans.
* Provide guidance and counselling to students to promote emotional wellbeing, resilience and positive mental health.
* Collaborate with teachers to implement inclusive classroom strategies and differentiated support measures.
* Advise and support families regarding students learning, development and wellbeing.
* Monitor student progress and contribute to safeguarding and wellbeing initiatives across the school.
* Design and deliver programmes focused on emotional wellbeing, social-emotional learning and mental health awareness.
* Work collaboratively with external professionals and agencies when required.
Requirements
* Degree in Psychology, Educational Psychology, Psychopedagogy or a related field.
* Specialisation in Educational Psychology, Educational Guidance, Special Educational Needs (SEN) or related areas.
* Previous experience in a similar role within a school environment.
* High level of English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate fluently and confidently in an international school environment.
* Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities
