Merchant Consultant Representative (Spanish)

Role: Commercial Consultant in Valencia, hybrid, full‐time.

Responsibilities
Reengage former merchants through proactive calling to close new agreements.
Optimize campaigns to drive revenue.
Build solid relationships and understand each merchant's business.
Resolve issues and ensure smooth campaign operation.
Achieve and exceed sales targets.
Key Requirements
Native or fluent Spanish (spoken and written).
Sales success (cold calling and upselling are a plus).
Experience supporting merchants or customers.
Analytical, problem‐solving, and customer‐service skills.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
