¿Te apasiona la transformación digital en el sector de Telecomunicaciones? En Atos, buscamos un/a Senior Consultant con experiencia en innovación y estrategia digital para unirse a nuestro equipo en Madrid.
Como
Senior TMT Digital & Innovation Consultant, serás un referente clave en la definición e implementación de modelos de negocio innovadores y sostenibles dentro del sector Telecomunicaciones. Colaborarás con ejecutivos de alto nivel, conectando los desafíos del negocio con soluciones tecnológicas de vanguardia.
Responsabilidades principales
Liderar proyectos de consultoría digital con clientes estratégicos del sector TMT.Participar activamente en procesos comerciales, diseño de soluciones y construcción de relaciones de confianza con stakeholders clave.Definir e implementar estrategias de transformación digital, integrando tecnologías como Cloud, Data & Analytics, Ciberseguridad, Automatización y metodologías ágiles.Identificar oportunidades de negocio mediante el análisis de necesidades del cliente y la propuesta de iniciativas de alto impacto.Actuar como sponsor ejecutivo de proyectos, asegurando cumplimiento de objetivos, retorno de inversión (ROI) y satisfacción del cliente (CSAT).Colaborar en comunidades de innovación internas, compartiendo buenas prácticas y contribuyendo al desarrollo de nuevas propuestas de valor.
Requisitos
Formación en Ingeniería de Telecomunicaciones, Informática, Ciencias de la Computación o áreas afines.Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en consultoría estratégica o transformación digital, preferiblemente en el sector Telecom o en grandes firmas de consultoría.Conocimiento profundo de las tendencias del sector Telecom y de tecnologías clave cloud, automatización, analytics, seguridad, soluciones digitales.Experiencia demostrada en asesoramiento a ejecutivos C-Level y liderazgo de proyectos complejos de transformación digital.Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, liderazgo, visión estratégica y orientación a resultados.Idiomas dominio fluido de español e inglés, tanto oral como escrito.
