Position Reports To
Digital Lead - Global
Your Role and Responsibilities
* Support internal and external customers of the ABB Robotics Software & Digital Product Line.
* Work with Robotics local country organizations and new Optifact customers directly to deliver a seamless customer journey during the post‑sales phase.
* Support customers throughout product use, from deployments to ongoing use and troubleshooting.
* Act as the voice of the customer to development teams, ensuring product quality and ease of troubleshooting.
* Offer technical advice on inquiries from customers and Digital Sales Specialists about ABB Robotics Digital solutions.
* Perform analytic and diagnostic studies with customers' IT and OT experts to determine optimal technical deployment and address complex inquiries.
* Support product teams to ensure readiness, review new features, and advise on improvements.
* Deliver software deployments on customer infrastructure.
* Triage and troubleshoot customer issues within pre‑defined KPIs, working together with the Software & Digital R&D team to resolve issues quickly.

Qualifications for the Role
* Degree in Engineering, electrical engineering, data science or related disciplines preferred (professional exposure may compensate for lack of specific academic background).
* 5+ years of professional experience.
* Software skills, such as RobotStudio, Node‑RED, JavaScript, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Grafana, SQL, and network configurations.
* Knowledge of server OS, network topologies, configuration, and infrastructure monitoring and management.
* Experience in an industrial environment; robotics‑specific industry exposure is preferred (robot variables and programming software a plus).
* Self‑starter, comfortable with hands‑on work in constantly changing environments with little guidance.
* Excellent communication skills, able to communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
* Experience working within product development areas, close to development teams preferred.
* Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
