HR - Intern

Reporting to the Corporate HRBP role, you will give support in optimizing the efficiency of the Human Resources function. You will participate in the digital transformation of Human Resources as well as in the design and implementation of new processes for the HR Function of the Group.
Your Major Accountabilities
* Support in analyses and studies on labour matters.
* Ensure accurate employee data entry in the HRIS (SuccessFactors): compensation, personal information, organisational data.
* Participate in audits and data quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency.
* Support Compensation & Benefits projects, including defining objectives, scales, goal achievement calculations, merit increase processes, and job category reviews.
* Assist in preparing HR reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
* Support internal audits and reporting related to labour relations metrics and compliance.
* Support coordination of personnel planning.
* Support in monthly monitoring and analysis of variances in FTE, headcount, and personnel costs versus budget and actuals.
* Prepare data for financial audits, non‑financial audits, ESG reports, surveys, etc.
* Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve HR processes and workflows, aiming to automate and streamline workflows.
* Participate in cross‑functional HR projects.
* Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed to support smooth and efficient HR services across the organization.
We Would Like You To Have
* Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Labour Relations, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, or a Master’s degree with the possibility of an internship relation.
* Attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, eagerness to learn and contribute.
* Energetic and collaborative attitude.
* Motivation for HR in a fast‑paced environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Fluent in English.
