Influencer Marketing Manager (DACH), Global Travel Company, Barcelona / Hybrid
About the Role
A leading global travel experiences platform is looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to lead the launch and growth of its creator programme across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) .
This is an exciting opportunity to shape and scale a high-impact influencer marketing channel, working with creators across social platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and measurable growth. You’ll take ownership of the regional strategy while remaining hands-on with partnerships, negotiations, and campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities
Influencer Strategy
* Develop and execute the influencer marketing strategy for the DACH region.
* Define clear objectives, processes, and performance metrics.
* Identify unique positioning opportunities and niche creator communities to differentiate the programme.
Creator Partnerships
* Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with influencers across long-form and short-form platforms.
* Ensure partnerships build strong brand affinity while delivering measurable performance and ROI.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Work closely with teams across Social, Brand, Campaigns, Partnerships, Affiliates, and Creative to align influencer activity with wider marketing and business objectives.
Reporting & Performance Measurement
* Develop performance dashboards and track campaign success, including metrics such as CPV, CPA, and sales attribution.
* Provide insights and reporting to internal stakeholders to demonstrate the impact of influencer marketing.
Scaling the Programme
* Establish scalable processes including briefing templates, contracts, and campaign tracking systems to streamline influencer collaborations.
Community & Industry Representation
* Act as an ambassador for the creator programme both internally and externally.
* Attend industry and creator events, building relationships and expanding the influencer community.
What We’re Looking For
* 3+ years’ experience in influencer marketing or creator partnerships.
* Proven ability to build and scale influencer programmes and long-term creator relationships.
* Strong negotiation and relationship management skills with creators, agencies, and networks.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and communicate ROI from influencer campaigns.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as brand, paid media, affiliates, creative, or product.
* A genuine passion for travel and digital culture .
* Experience in the travel industry is a plus, but not essential.
* Must have a good standard of German and English language skills
