* Lead and manage the Accounts Receivable team (20 people), fostering a high-performance culture.
* Oversee the end-to-end credit and collections process, ensuring timely and efficient cash flow.
* Coordinate and negotiate directly with third parties regarding outstanding debts and payment terms.
* Monitor and manage overdue accounts, implementing strategies to reduce delinquency and bad debt.
* Handle claims, disputes, and escalations with professionalism and strategic thinking.
* Provide regular reporting and analysis to the central finance team in Germany.
* Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the credit management function.
* Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
* Previous experience in a similar role is required.
* Experience as an auditor or ex-auditor is highly valued.
* Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
* High level of proactivity and problem-solving mindset.
* Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
* Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office tools.
* Fluent in English (minimum B2 level); additional languages are a plus.
