For our Barcelona office we are searching for a Business Developer Intern to join the Worldwide and Development department to contribute on growing our indirect global network.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Give support on the presentation of the MBE business opportunity to potential Master Franchisees.
Assist in negotiating agreement with suppliers.
Provide operational support on the start-up operations of new Master Franchisees.
Provide continuous support to the existing Master franchisee community.
Manage and maintain the MBE guidelines and strategies to ensure product and service standards.
Support the organization and coordination of company events, international meetings and conventions.
Assist with the translation and proofread the materials in
Portuguese
and occasionally serve as interpreter during the meetings.
Requirements:
Be eligible for an internship
is mandatory.
Studies in Business Administration, Marketing or a similar field.
Hold and European working permit is mandatory.
Written and spoken Portuguese and English
;
other languages are favorable (Spanish/ Italian).
Solid communication skills, ambitious and able to build strong relationships with internal and external business partners.
Good proficiency in MS Office Products (Word, PowerPoint), Google Suite and other business productivity software.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, strong familiarity and adeptness for analyzing data and problem solving.
Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important matters
People-driven attitude and team orientation with the ability to nurture team spirit.
Willingness to be inquisitive, explore and learn.
