The winery produces high-quality wines and first-class olive oil. In addition, an exclusive hunting lodge is part of the business. For our internationally active owner, we are looking for a highly professional, loyal and absolutely discreet Chief Executive Assistant (m / f / d).

Your tasks
* Operational support of the owner in daily business (organizational, administrative and strategic tasks)
* Coordination and interface management between business partners and companies
* Travel and appointment management on a national and international level
* Preparation and support of meetings, including minutes and follow-up‑activities
* Processing of absolutely confidential correspondence as well as preparation of reports
* Budget responsibility: Planning and controlling compliance with budgets
Your profile
* Advanced accounting knowledge and a high affinity for numbers
* Completed technical or economic studies
* Several years of experience in a comparable position in an international environment
* Excellent organizational and communication skills
* Absolute discretion, loyalty and trustworthiness
* Independent, forward‑looking and structured way of working as well as a hands‑on mentality
* Very good IT skills (MS Office and digital tools)
* Fluent in Spanish, English is a must, another foreign language is an advantage
* Willingness to travel and work internationally
